At the heart of Keller Williams Realty lies an exclusive profit sharing program that underscores this commitment.
The profit share system is a compensation plan that financially rewards agents for bringing other productive agents to Keller Williams Realty. In addition to traditional commission earnings, agents are paid a percentage of the broker's profit guaranteed by their recruits, and their recruits' recruits, up to seven levels.
Profit share allows agents to add a passive stream of income to their regular commissions, enhancing their personal wealth and retirement planning.
