Meet Our Amazing Agents
Growing up in coastal South Carolina, Bryant's love for western North Carolina developed at an early age, traveling frequently to the area for hiking and camping. Bryant earned a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law and first delved into the world of real estate when working for a law firm that specialized in real estate, including large commercial real estate transactions. His love for the outdoors and adventure, as well as his knowledge of law and real estate, led him to open a consulting business for buyers wanting to open businesses or buy property in Central America. While visiting Asheville in 2012, Bryant was offered a position working for a leading company in the outdoor industry and decided to make the leap to western North Carolina, where he has resided since. Bryant's educational experience and practical knowledge of real estate makes him a uniquely qualified agent eager to help clients fulfill whatever real estate goals they may have.
In his free time, Bryant most enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the WNC mountains. Some of the things he loves most about the Asheville area are the sense of community, relaxing atmosphere, live music and arts scene, and the proximity to some of the most beautiful site-seeing, hiking, and camping on the East Coast.
Born and raised in Asheville, I love everything about these mountains and serving the people in them.

Carli’s initiation to Real Estate started in 2012 and has dual state Real Estate Licenses, both North Carolina and Florida, and has been naturally broadening her experience and knowledge ever since. With her utmost passion of serving others, Carli has been involved in more Real Estate transactions than most, first operating with two different Keller Williams Real Estate mega teams in Charlotte, one that executed 24 million in production, the other 20 million annually. These opportunities enabled Carli to learn more about the Real Estate industry than most and she puts that knowledge into action. Carli’s work ethic is built from the phrase, “Do what you say you’re going to do” and her efforts reflect that statement.

It is the most expensive investment a person makes. Finding the perfect home is our job and we take great pride in doing our job!
It's home! Much to do and enjoy, too many breweries to mention them all, but some of our favorite are Sierra Nevada and New Belgium. The Biltmore House never gets old always something new to see. A drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway will take your breathe away every time. Some many places to hike and explore waterfalls. Asheville is centrally located to many other fun places to visit like Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Cherokee, and Boone.

Originally from Wilson, N.C., I grew up knowing how important home is. I loved those days of running around the neighborhood to friends' houses and bike riding with the family. After college in Wilmington, I was a business reporter, and I covered real estate as part of my beat, never knowing one day that is the career direction I'd be called to. Since moving to Asheville, I've lived everywhere from Leicester to Bent Creek to near downtown and now Oakley and have worked in Waynesville. I love the quality of life this beautiful mountain area has to offer, and I enjoy now running around neighborhoods yet again - now helping my treasured clients find the right fit for them to enjoy as home!
Learning, and luckily Asheville has so many opportunities for growth.
It's such a privilege helping clients sell their homes or find the houses they want to buy. What often happens is a special relationship is formed as this is such a milestone, often with hurtles, which we take one day at the time.
I am a student of NVC, which has taught me so much about meaningful, compassionate communication.
Asheville possesses a magic and a mountain charm that just appeals to me, so I feel lucky to live somewhere that attracts so many wonderful people.

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It is not just in some; it is in everyone. And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others. ~ Marianne Williamson

I was in the medical field for 23 years before getting my real estate license in 1999. I started at Keller Williams in February of 2000. I have been with Keller Williams since 2000, and I love the company and its core values. My husband was a general contractor, and I decided to get my license to sell the houses that he was building. Long story short, because I am a native, I know a lot of folks here and immediately built up an extensive database where I could help people to the next level in their loves! I absolutely love real estate and have the best team supporting me, and my clients get where they need to go!
People!! I love changing lives in a big way and real estate lets me do just that!

My name is Rich Brownstein, and I've been a musician since before I can remember. I started piano lessons at the age of 4, and graduated high school from Interlochen Arts Academy. I got my undergraduate degree from NYU where I studied jazz piano and music technology. I grew up right outside of Boston, and although I haven't lived there in nearly 16 years, I'm a die hard Boston sports fan. After graduating NYU I got a job working for the legendary Cafe Wha? (where Jimi Hendrix was discovered, and Bob Dylan played his first shows in NYC) in New York City, where I was responsible for booking talent, marketing the club, customer inquiries, and the head agent for The Cafe Wha? House Band. As the head agent, I was in charge of hiring the band out for weddings, private functions, corporate events etc.
When I was 27, I wanted to pursue my dream of being a touring musician. Myself, and my girlfriend at the time who was the lead singer, convinced the entire band to leave their lives in New York, and move into a house together in Asheville NC. We played over 300 shows together and traveled as far south as Key West, and as far north as Boston.
I am still actively involved in music projects, but I turned to real estate after purchasing a 3,200 square foot log cabin that I turned into a successful vacation rental. My realtor got me an unbelievable deal on the property, and became a good friend of mine in the process. I decided wanted to help others in locating the perfect home for themselves. Specifically, I wanted to help buyers see past surface issues that are easily remedied, so they don't pass up on a property that is perfect for their needs. I almost did with the cabin, and I'm so happy I had the right guidance to let me know the things that weren't perfect could be dealt with, thus leaving me with the perfect property for me!
Music, cooking for friends, spending time by the pool, and riding motorcycles
My life was significantly changed due to the work of a realtor who helped me find the perfect home. It's now a 15-person vacation rental, and is unbelievably successful. If it wasn't for him, my life would be entirely different. I want to offer the same service to others.
Piano... not really a hidden talent, but something I've worked on all my life, and am very good at

Sarah has called the Southeast home for almost her entire life, growing up in Simpsonville, SC. She attended the College of Charleston and earned a BA in Art History and Studio Art, following her love of the fine arts and natural talent for creating visually. As a part of this major, she took classes on Historic Preservation, a field that helped form an appreciation for older homes and has inspired her in her real estate profession. Upon graduation from CofC, Sarah remained in Charleston for a few months before packing up and traveling to NYC for a brief period of time. NYC was great and all, but Sarah knew she belonged in the mountains and relocated to Asheville in 2011. She has enjoyed scenic living on all sides of this great little city, and recently purchased her first home west of Asheville in Candler. Sarah is excited to help others with their real estate needs in the great state of NC!
The astonishing views all around Asheville! My sweet little kitty cat Pirate. My soon to be husband. My family. My home.
It is an honor to guide others through the buying or selling process and be there for them as they make the biggest decisions of their lives!
I can pick up almost anything artistic and have dabbled in a variety of mediums. My "craft closet" is full of all kinds of materials! I'm also surprisingly good with a circular saw and other power tools.
It's one of a kind! I love that our downtown remains almost entirely local and we have managed to keep it that way. I love that our area is made up of so many talented creative people and that we have so many opportunities to support our local businesses and artists. I love that we are nestled in the most perfect place in Appalachia and that everywhere you go there are views galore!
I have always loved Wall St. and just walking around downtown. My favorite hikes are Craggy Gardens, Skinny Dip Falls, and Mt. Pisgah. My favorite place to get a drink is Sovereign Remedies for a unique and special cocktail, and pretty much anywhere I can get a good local beer!

My family, traveling, eating at all the great restaurants Asheville has to offer, and helping people reach their financial and life goals through smart real estate investments.
Whether you are purchasing your first home or you regularly invest in real estate, it’s important to have someone skilled that you can trust to successfully guide you. It’s always an honor to be that person and make the home buying process as smooth as possible.
Even when I’m driving on the highway I can see the mountains all around me and know I’m only 15 minutes away from being in the middle of the woods. I love that we have so many incredible places to eat and that this town is so supportive of small businesses and artists.
Craggy. It’s a beautiful 40 minute drive from town on the Blue Ridge Parkway and the view from Craggy Pinnacle is always stunning. It’s my favorite place to have a sunset picnic.
Andrew enjoys sharing his Real Estate knowledge, at any time, with anyone who's interested. He can have a conversation with anyone about almost anything. When not sharing his working knowledge in casual conversation over a few good beers, Andrew is most likely hiking in the mountains with his wife, MaryBeth. When he's not chasing MaryBeth up a mountain, he's probably playing guitar or listening to music. You may have seen his mustache floating around the crowd at any number of local concert venues. He lives in Black Mountain where his wife runs a successful professional pet care business. All of life boils down to a few essentials for Andrew: a career in Real Estate, Hiking in the mountains, spending time with family, and music.
Hiking with my family, traveling, playing guitar, going to see live local music events, brewery hopping, and selling real estate!
I am honored to serve homeowners and their families in the sale of their home. I enjoy working with people, guiding them through the selling process, and helping them on their way to whatever comes next.
I am very sincere, direct, genuine, and caring. I value a high standard of professionalism in all that I undertake.
Access to great hiking and camping in all directions! A thriving local music scene. Beautiful mountains. Good people, good beer, and good food.
The Straightaway Cafe off of Rt. 9 in Black Mountain. It's a little off the beaten path, but so worth the drive! Great food and great people in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The most relaxing spot to grab a beer in the middle of nowhere that I've ever been too.

Mark has had a diverse career in management having been Vice President of six corporations. He has lived in Africa, Turkey, China and travelled to 37 countries plus 46 states. These experiences give Mark a comprehensive understanding of diverse cultures and individual's needs. He has a keen empathy for Home Buyer's underlying desires and motives helping them find that one great fit home they will treasure for many years.
I grew up in the part of Appalachia north of the Mason-Dixon line amongst the hills, mountains, streams, and small farms of central Pennsylvania. Buncombe County looks like where I grew up, but several other places around the country do. I chose to live here on purpose (with my wife and twin boys who are in elementary school) because of Asheville. We moved to Asheville for the rare combination of creative food, drinks, and arts, for the great outdoors, as well as for the open-minded acceptance of difference.
The Asheville area is great and we have enjoyed living here since 2010. Yet it is not perfect so I’m dedicated to doing what I can personally and professionally to make it a better place. I have a background in community mental health and became a real estate agent in order to combine my interests and have many years of experience with many types of real estate transactions. I am fascinated by the challenge of matching buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property, and see doing so as a way to improve the community by increasing home ownership and by investing in affordable housing.
I like to laugh and enjoy what Asheville and life in general have to offer, while also taking my work and your real estate goals seriously. I would be honored to work with you.
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
At Keller Williams we understand that buying or selling property is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why our team of highly-seasoned real estate professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of our clients. We take great pride in the relationships we build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
We’re always striving to lead the field in research, innovation, and consumer education. Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With our extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to our clients, we are your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice.

"Blake couldn't have been any better, helping us get the perfect house and guiding us along the way with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and professional-yet-personable approach. We had complete faith in her when negotiating on our behalf. And thankfully, she was patient with my (many) questions and concerns. She came highly recommended, yet exceeded our expectations of what an great real estate agent can be. We will forever be grateful for your help, Blake!" Ben J.
"Blake is one of the best realtors in the Asheville area. I have and will continue to refer her as a "go-to" person in the real estate industry." Joel K.
"We purchased a home in July of 2015 using Blake as our agent. We wanted a family home, near our son's school with a flat yard and room for a home office since my husband and I both work from home. Blake helped us find exactly what we needed within our price range. She patiently guided us through the entire process. The Asheville market is very competitive, so its important to have someone working with you who can act quickly and lead you through negotiations pertaining to multiple offers, etcetera. Blake was amazing through the entire process. She answers all calls, emails and texts quickly and was wonderful about helping us to be proactive when necessary. Perhaps what I appreciated the most is on our closing day when we did a final walk through Blake identified a serious issue the seller had agreed to fix but had not. Her insight saved us hundreds of dollars and ensured our home was safe and up to regulations. She is knowledgeable and pleasant, never pushy; I can recall her saying often, "I just want you to get what you want" and we did! I would recommend her highly to anyone." Rebecca K.
"Blake is a local sage. She understands just about everything about Asheville, both its present and its future. She was incredibly helpful through our long process, and patient as we took quite some time to figure out where we wanted to live. She is the best, and I wouldn't use anyone else for our next home." Doug R.
"I was new to Asheville and found Blake via a Google search. From the first meeting, I knew I'd lucked into a great buyer's agent. She taught me about all of the Asheville neighborhoods and advised me on which ones would be good investments as well as great neighborhoods to live in. She was very responsive to all of my inquiries and showed me many houses that matched what I was looking for. When I decided to buy more than a month before I'd originally planned (because Blake helped me find the PERFECT home), Blake quickly got me connected with people that could help with inspections, financing, etc. And she did all of this while right before giving birth to her 2nd child! I always knew I could count on her for help, even after the sale, she was a great resource for home repair references, etc. I've recommended Blake highly to others and will continue to do so." Stori W.
"Blake helped us purchase two fabulous homes in Asheville over the last eight years. She is extremely accessible and well connected in the Asheville Real Estate Market and community. When we moved here in 2007 it was a seller's market and we had three weeks to find a home and Blake managed to find us the perfect one in West Asheville! It was a smooth transaction thanks to her! After four years and two children our needs had changed and she helped us get into our current house in another amazing neighborhood in West Asheville. This house was not on the market and Blake did some research, contacted the owners and here we are! She is amazing! She is smart and sensible, and after a day of looking at houses you'll feel like you've know her your whole life." Karie G.
"Blake is committed, prepared and informative. She made the process of buying a home enjoyable and less stressful! She was very informed about the market and was able to provide sound advice to us." Jess R.
We asked Blake to help us with viewing homes we had located on Zillow. She was very professional, gave us the time we needed and offered useful information about the area and other details related to the homes we viewed. Since we were moving to Asheville from Atlanta it was very helpful to hear her comments. The day of our closing did not go smoothly but Blake was our tireless advocate and persisted with us until the deal was done. I was glad we had her there to help.
Blake got me into a great house at a great price. Her low-key demeanor both kept me calm during a hectic process but also enabled her to be a masterful negotiator. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the greater-Asheville area! I would highly recommend her as an agent. Katy V.
"My wife and I traveled four months a year for fourteen years looking for a place to relocate from California. We worked with Real Estate Agents in Oregon, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Montana, Louisiana, Florida, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and North Carolina. Blake Boyd is one of the few true professionals we had the pleasure of working with to find our perfect home. What separates Blake from the pack is that she LISTENED to our needs and DELIVERED. She also demonstrated extraordinary patience by working with us for five years while we tried to sell our condo. During that time she kept us apprised of new listings and market conditions. Having had over forty years of sales/marketing and management experience in a Fortune 100 company, I'd rate Blake Boyd a TEN. If we ever decide to purchase another home, Blake is the only person I'd consider calling." Joe C.
"Blake represented me as a “buyer’s agent” in the spring of 2014. She was recommended by my son and daughter in law. I preferred to work with a buyer’s agent who could best represent me, without the conflict of interest I personally perceive in dual agents.
Blake spent a lot of time asking me questions to help refine the search process. This was especially important as I was living out of town, and traveling back and forth to Asheville. She was very knowledgable about the local housing market and neighborhoods. She immediately set up an online account which permitted me to view properties that fit my search parameters and was readily available to answer questions. She accommodated my schedule and was available on short notice to show me properties.
At that time, real estate in Asheville was hot, and would often go under contract before I could view it. This complicated my out of town search and was very frustrating. Blake remained patient and when I found the property I wanted, which was under construction, she helped me negotiate with the builder. As I was still living out of town, she regularly sent me updates and photographs documenting the progress of the home. She was attentive to details that I might otherwise have missed.
Perhaps the most unique service Blake provided me was her help and kindness when my mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness three weeks before my closing date. I needed to travel to spend time with my mother, and was not able to be present at the home inspection or final installation of lighting fixtures, etc. Blake oversaw all of this. She was empathetic, generous, and supportive. It was a relief to know that Blake could handle so many of the details that I simply could not be there to oversee. She acted as my agent and friend, providing professional oversight and guidance at a particularly challenging time for me.
She has continued to be a resource, even recommending a great veterinarian! In addition to her professional skills, she has a delightful personality which makes her easy to work with. I am enjoying my new home and community. Blake helped make this happen. I would highly recommend Blake to anyone looking to purchase a home in Asheville!" Michelle B.
"Working with a buyer's agent makes so much sense. Blake truly addressed, protected, and served our interests. From our first meeting with Blake as newcomers to Asheville, she met our needs by introducing us to the many different communities of Buncombe County. We lived about 350 miles away, so Blake accommodated our schedule by spending several hours each weekend we were able to come house hunting. She also gave great advice and assistance during the processes of making an offer, getting an inspection, and navigating closing. Her job was complicated by our being so far away, but she made everything come together smoothly--even getting the heavy snowfall cleared from the drive the day we took possession of our new home!" Hugh and Bonnie M.

My husband and I moved to the mountain in 2000 to escape the heat of Austin, Texas. Both of us had never lived anywhere for longer than 3 or 4 years growing up so we were use to being rolling stones. Lived in numerous parts of the United States and three foreign countries (two as an adult). Now we have found our forever home and have enjoyed every minute of it. There is so much diversity with the people and the land. We had a huge laundry list of wants/needs when we chose Asheville and the area met them all. Mild four seasons, colleges and universities, national and state parks, smaller town, great entertainment, hiking and biking, running trails, and nice people. So if you are looking for something similar, consider this area for your forever home!
I love being an advocate for buyers and sellers! Helping sellers get where they need to be and buyers to find their perfect home, gives me a sense of accomplishment. Each transaction is a new experience...never a boring day!
Of the food, people, mountains, tons to do, trees, four seasons, hiking, views, parks, quirkiness, so many things

I'm grew up in the small town of Murphy, NC and relocated to Asheville to attend college. Having lived and worked in the area since 2010, I've gotten to know the people and the surrounding landscape very well. Since helping others is something that truly comes naturally to me, real estate quickly became an easy fit as a career. When I'm not working with a client you can find me walking my dogs, bopping around town, or completing projects around the house. (You might even see me at a brewery or two!)
My beautiful wife Victoria, my 2 dogs Hercules and Zeus, and living life to the fullest!
When my wife and I were looking to purchase our very first home, we were excited but nervous. Knowing we were making the largest investment of our lives, our agent was able to calm our nerves and made the whole process a breeze! With this memory in mind, my aim is to always make the process as straightforward and hassle free as our KW agent did for us!
I'm actually pretty good at drawing, painting and cooking!
of the beautiful landscape, the awesome beer and even better people!
It's always a tough pick when it comes to pinpointing the best local dives. around Asheville. However, some of my go-to's are Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, 12 Bones Smokehouse and New Belgium Brewing.
At the end of the day it's not what you say, hope, or intend that counts. It's what you do..

Derek Ross was born and raised in Miami, Florida but ever since that first time he camped in these ancient mountains when he was a little boy, he has yearned to come back and live here. His tenure at Clemson University just two hours away, only solidified this ideal. So, in 2006, right off the heels of getting married, he and his beautiful wife moved to Asheville and they have never looked back! Asheville and the surrounding area is one of the few places in the country that boasts a climate (both literally and figuratively) that provides people with the ability to flourish as entrepreneurs, artists, conservationists, musicians, bankers, attorneys, doctors, teachers, developers, architects, contractors and a myriad of other professions! One can relish in the amenities of a sophisticated metropolitan area and experience one of a kind boutiques, retail shops and 5 Star restaurants in our exquisite downtown and then plunder into the wondrous, natural beauty of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains in the same day!
Since most interests in our lives are heavily influenced by the generations that have proceeded us, Derek decided to get his real estate license in 2007. His father and his grandfather were both Realtors in Florida and he received a quality education on the principles, nuances and the many facets of real estate brokerage during family dinners and events. For most people, the prospect of navigating the potentially stormy and uncharted, proverbial waters of buying and selling real estate, is an intimidating endeavor. As a result, it is so important to have a Realtor one can completely trust and rely on. If you are looking for a Realtor with unparalleled integrity and the ability to deliver with efficiency, loyalty, care, skill, and accountability, then contact Derek, so that he can be that Realtor!

I LOVE my job! How many people can say that! After 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking industry, I’ve “come home” to my dream job of being a real estate agent. To me, the saying “Love Where You Live” sums it up so nicely and that’s what drew us to relocate to Asheville in 2011 from the Washington, DC area. Asheville is now home and since 2014 I’ve been helping people buy, sell or invest in real estate here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Call me and let’s get started…it’s never too early to start the conversation even if you are a few years away from making the move. Did I mention that I LOVE my job!

Laura Noble Gibbs
I like order and organization. It makes sense to me. I guess that's why I was drawn to accounting in the first place. I'm a bit of a tech junkie, although I don't have any formal technical training, I just like to play around with things (like this website) and see what I can do. I'm pretty good at figuring things out. Which is good because I can't sit still: I'm always looking for a better way to do things. Whether it's streamlining a process, getting things organized, or just a cool new feature... If I find out about it I'm going to at least try it. And I like beautiful things: In nature, architecture, fashion. Beauty is where you find it. And it's all around you - You just have to open your eyes and look.
Experience and Specialty
Laura has worked in the accounting and administrative fields for over 20 years, and has been involved in the real estate industry for most of that time. Working in the Market Center Administrators office at Keller Williams Professionals taught her a great deal about the inner workings of a large brokerage, and about the legal and professional ethics questions that agents often encounter in the process of brokering a deal. Laura is adept at navigating the transactions flow and making sure all parties involved get the information they need to get to a successful closing. She is quite personable and maintains good relationships with the staff and agents at our brokerage, mortgage companies, attorney's offices, and inspection companies. As Laura has always loved houses and has been involved in real estate in various capacities over the years, it seemed a natural development when she decided to get her real estate license and join Mark in helping clients find a place to call home. Mark and Laura fell in love with our beautiful and uniquely inviting area while visiting during their honeymoon. There are mountains and valleys and waters and forests; and views that rival the best in the world. Asheville has some truly amazing attractions, is a veritable paradise for foodies and beer fanatics, and the music and arts scene is hopping! So they moved here from the Raleigh, NC area in 2012 and have been helping others make the transition to their dream home ever since.
I like beautiful things: In nature, architecture, fashion. Beauty is where you find it. And it's all around you - You just have to open your eyes and look.
Helping people through the process of selling or buying a home is very rewarding. People don't know what they don't know... and when it comes to real estate, there's a lot to learn. I make it a point to make sure my clients are well educated and familiar with the market so they can make the best decision regarding their real estate sale or purchase. It's also pretty great when they tell you how much your guidance and insight has meant to them. And the fact I often end up with new and lasting friendships, well, that's just icing on the cake.
I love to write. Poems, short stories... one day maybe even a novel. They say everybody has at least one book in them... so who knows?
There are mountains and valleys and waters and forests; and views that rival the best in the world. Asheville has some truly amazing attractions, is a veritable paradise for foodies and beer fanatics, and the music and arts scene is hopping!
The Blue Ridge Parkway is the best drive in the world. The road may not change much, but the nature around it is always evolving. Whether the clouds are settling into the valleys, the trees are sprouting new growth or loosing fall colors, or you catch the dance of the fireflies, it's beautiful and majestic.
Happiness is not by chance, but by choice.

I was originally born in Charlotte and but I began my Real Estate journey back in February 2007, in St. Augustine, FL. Little did I know the market would crash completely! I quickly became an expert in distressed properties and short sales and used this to help numerous families navigate these incredibly challenging times. I formed friendships with colleagues and clients but moved back home to the Lake Norman area (north of Charlotte, NC) in August 2011. It was time for me to be back with my family after having been gone 18 years. I worked as a Private and Personal Chef for a year after the transition to NC as I had worked with a girlfriend of mine doing catering in St. Augustine, and I really have a passion for food and cooking. But after a year or so of that, I knew it was time to go back to my true calling, which is helping people buy and sell homes. I sold Real Estate in the Lake Norman area for a few years, and during that time was introduced to a man who is now my husband. I relocated to Asheville 3 years ago and have since, been happily selling Real Estate all over Buncombe, Haywood and Henderson Counties.
Whether it's selling a home to downsize or upsize, first time home buyers, investors or people looking to relocate. I have extensive knowledge of the area, pride myself on attention to detail and have keen negotiating skills. Communication is a top priority for me.
I have several Designations, including Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) , Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
My professional memberships include; Land of the Sky Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Carolina Multiple Listing Service
I am happily in partnership with Keller Williams Professionals in Asheville, NC Please call 828.775.9780 or email: Cami@kw.com
Spending time with my husband, cooking, listening to music, walking around downtown, entertaining, working out, movies, books, blue clear skies, taking weekend getaways and also nice long vacations. We enjoy going out for drinks and dinner on the weekend and we're always up for finding some live music.
It really brings me joy to help people. There are so many factors and dynamics involved in someone buying or selling. I genuinely care about my clients and I want what's best for them and their particular situation. Most have become lifelong friends and contacts, because we develop a relationship and I really want to maintain communication with them.
I can cook! For whatever reason, I am a pretty good cook and I love to entertain and have dinner parties, brunches, parties, you name it. I can also say the alphabet backwards. Ha! I also used to be a hairdresser, so on occasion I break out the shears and give a loved one a shaping.
The weather here is fantastic - we really do get 4 seasons. I love the low humidity, the cool summer nights and always having a view of the mountains. Even if it's just coming out of grocery shopping, there is something pretty to see. The restaurants are fabulous and there is honestly always something fun going on. Then once or twice a year, we get a snow day, and I have my nose pressed to the window like a little kid.
I love the Admiral for a delicious meal. I love all the new rooftop bars for sunset views and being outside. I'm always a fan of Pack's Tavern and Twisted Laurel for good drinks and food. And for weekend cocktails and music I love 5 Walnut and Tressa's.
Thoughts become things .
I do believe that one. 🙂

Real Estate has held my interest as long as I can remember. Working in Real Estate is a dream come true.
Prior to Real Estate, I was a Senior Project Manager. I had obtained the Project Management Professional designation (PMP) and was Six Sigma certified. I am pleased that I utilize both my project management and process design skills daily in my new chosen career.
Family, Friends, Reading and Quilting.
As long as I can remember I have wanted to be a realtor. I am interested in people. I am interested in making people feel at home. I am interested in houses. Now that I am a Realtor, I get to blend these interest together and help people find a new home.
I moved to Asheville in 2002. 25 years ago I was living in Dallas, TX. If someone would have told me I was going to move to Asheville, NC. My response would have been 'Yeah, right and how is that going to happen?' After saying that then I would have gone and looked at a map to reacquaint myself to exactly were Asheville is located. Now, I am so thankful that I get to live here and don't want to live anywhere else.
HELLO AND WELCOME! My name is Sabine Marienthal, I am a Realtor/Broker and I love what I do! I entered the real estate business more than 20 years ago and how we buy and sell homes has changed tremendously since that time. Buyers in particular know so much more than they used to thanks to the enormous amount of information that can be found online. Which poses t he question, does any buyer client still need a Realtor when purchasing property?
My answer is a resounding yes! A yes, because, and this is particularly true for out-of-state clients, your local Realtors will tell you which piece of online information is valuable and which is to be discarded because it is incorrect or false; as local Realtors we know which properties are overpriced, which homes are priced correctly at fair market value and which ones are a really good deal; and, acting as buyer’s agents, your Realtors protect your interests from start to finish all the way to the closing table in ways that only years of experience and knowledge of local markets can provide! Conclusion: if you want to save money hire a Realtor!
I was born and educated (business degree) in Hamburg, North Germany and have lived in the United States for more than 30 years. First in California, then New Mexico, Colorado, New York’s Hudson Valley and for the last fourteen years here in Asheville. Because of my work as a Realtor I know Asheville better than the city I was born in and I have come to love our beautiful place in the mountains. Having relocated repeatedly in the past I also thoroughly understand the challenges and joys of moving and finding that next “perfect” home. I live in North Asheville, close to Beaver Lake, with our Great Pyrenees Tiny and our Dachshund Mix Isaac.
Leslie Christoffel began her career in the housing industry in Asheville, N.C. As a Certified Kitchen Designer, she was responsible for completion of a project from start to finish, including sales, measuring, designing, estimating, inspecting and managing the project. She became an expert in helping clients sift through the thousands of choices in colors, cabinets, surfaces, fixtures and more, bringing them to a finished product they could truly love and call their own. One of her more challenging and satisfying projects was the rehabilitation of the Silversmith Shop on the famous Biltmore Estate in Asheville, N.C.
She joined the Keller Williams team as a sales agent melding her two passions of real estate and design together. Leslie knows that when she’s helping a couple find the perfect house, she can look beyond the rough edges and find the diamond in the stone. She is able to paint a portrait of possibilities with her construction background, design knowledge and space planning skills. Leslie also has a talent for marketing and graphic design. This enables her to help market a client’s property, accentuating the best features of the home to bring the highest possible price. Her marketing background led her to Keller Williams Realty as well. Their sales tools coupled with their international connections gain invaluable exposure for her clients.

I am an Asheville native, proud mother and enterprising business woman. My passion doesn't lie solely in real estate, but rather the relationships I form with people and the opportunities my career choice gives me in connecting clients with communities. Your home is so much more than the 4 walls that encompass your belongings. It’s also your street, your neighbors, your village. My goal is to always support my clients and to champion their real estate efforts with dogged determination, diligence and enthusiasm. Buying and/or selling a home doesn’t have to be stressful. I would love to show you how I make it simple, painless and often enjoyable!
Hunting down amazing deals for my clients! Nothing is as satisfying as finding my clients a quality home at an amazing price. Or selling a client’s property at a greater return on their investment, and in less time than they expected.
Owning a home is considered by many to be the pinnacle of the American Dream. I am honored and humbled any time a client entrusts me to support them in one of the most important decisions of their lifetime. I relish every opportunity to utilize my skills and knowledge to bring your dream of home ownership to fruition!
Diligent property research and being a fierce guardian of my client’s resources. I also have extensive knowledge of all things Asheville, so if you need a recommendation for ANYTHING, I have a source for it! My friends call me Asheville’s personal Google!
I was born and raised in Asheville, and even if my extensive network of family and friends weren’t here, I’d still stay for the amazing culture and views that abound in this area.
The Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s a great road to circumvent the hustle of Asheville traffic while also taking in the breathtaking views that bring people to this area in droves. Put the windows down, turn the music up and soak in the slplendor of these majestic mountains!
My mission in life in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. ~ Maya Angelou
