Collin O’Berry is a registered LEED AP, holding specialty in Green Building Design and Construction (BD+C), and can provide unique insight into properties constructed to meet energy-efficient and healthy-built standards. In addition to residential brokerage, Collin is also a land specialist, where his experience in conservation practices and recreation development make him a valuable resource for the sale, purchase, or development of unique tracts of land.Collin received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree from the University of Georgia. Prior to arriving at Keller Williams, he worked for the University of Georgia College of Education and also as the Project Manager for Trail Design Specialists, where he was responsible for the design and construction of a wide variety of mountain biking, hiking, and OHV trail projects throughout the Pisgah National Forest and in Charlotte, NC.Collin is proud to be a graduate of the 32nd class of the Leadership Asheville program. Collin also serves as the President of the University of Georgia Alumni Association – Asheville Chapter. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenni, and their three dogs, as well as exploring the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina and the eccentric city of Asheville.
