Residential developments in medium sized communities (200-350 units) and involved in over 20 shopping center developments and leasing of created units. After graduating the University of Oxford, Carla worked as a commercial real estate attorney for Hogan Lovells LLP in London, specializing in real estate finance, investment and complex development work for institutional clients including Prudential, Ford Motor Company, Barclays Bank, HSBC and a number of REIT's. She has advised extensively on solar farm and renewable energy producing property transactions and hotel and care home M & A. Since moving to Asheville, NC in 2013 Carla has used her expertise to move into commercial real estate brokerage where she works alongside investors, businesses and non profit organizations to meet their CRE goals.
Carla currently serves as the Managing Director of KW Commercial in Asheville. She also currently serves on the Real Estate Board of The Community Foundation of WNC, The Endangered Properties Committee of The Historic Preservation Society, and the Agent Leadership Committee for Keller Williams Professionals.
